Kährs: This Swedish company is the world's oldest operating wood floor manufacturer and produces an extensive range of pre-finished hardwood floors including products independently certified by the Forest Stewardship Council as being produced from sustainable and responsibly managed forests. Kährs has been awarded winner of the Contract Flooring Award for Hardwood Flooring for a seventh year. Junckers:
Europe’s largest manufacturer of solid hardwood floors specialises in pre-finished flooring produced in Beech, Ash, Oak, Sycamore, Jatoba and Merbau using a unique construction method.
Products are available as wood strip or wide boards and are supplied pre-finishes with either an oil or polyurethane seal specially developed and manufactured by Junckers. Junkers also holds PETC certification for its products providing purchasers of hardwoods with proof that they have been sourced from responsibly managed forests.
